All compounds sold by Valitec Peptides are research-grade materials intended strictly for in vitro laboratory and research use. Within that product class, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds under any circumstances.

Orders are checked to documented tolerances before they leave the facility so shipments are accurate and well packaged. Purchasing confirms you accept that refunds are unavailable for any reason, including change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal dissatisfaction.

Missing, incorrect, or damaged items

If an order arrives with a missing item, an incorrect product, or visible damage, contact contact@valitec.bio immediately. Support reviews the case promptly and is committed to making it right.

Order cancellations

Cancellation requests must be emailed to contact@valitec.bio before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel or modify it. Reach out early — processing is fast and post-dispatch changes are not available.
