CJC no DAC
CJC no DAC (Modified GRF 1-29) is a 29-amino acid GHRH analog, modified at positions 2, 8, 15, and 27 to resist dipeptidyl peptidase IV cleavage. It binds the GHRH receptor on pituitary somatotrophs and activates adenylate cyclase via Gs-protein coupling, producing a characterized cAMP elevation in cell culture. Without the drug affinity complex, assay half-life is substantially reduced relative to CJC-1295 with DAC, defining its role in pulse-mode receptor stimulation protocols where time-limited receptor engagement is the experimental parameter. For laboratory research use only.
